The Nest is designed to make your dog feel safe and secure while they're sleeping as well as keeping them incredibly warm and cosy. This bed will appeal to your dog’s natural nesting instinct to create a calm sleeping environment and help reduce anxiety. The Luxury Nest has a lowered entrance for easy access and is surrounded by a huge wrap around bolster making it perfect for dogs who like to snuggle and nest down in to their beds.There is a zip to remove the bolster and a removable cushion cover on the inner cushion making the all covers fully removable for washing.

Materials

Materials used for this bed match the Charcoal Lounger Bed with grey topper!

I've chosen the very best materials available for this bed, the outer is a soft charcoal type material most commonly used for human furniture, it has a special protective water resistant film for added durability. This fabric is thick and strong whilst maintaining a soft, comfortable feel for your pet. The interior of the bed is an extremely soft, plush faux fur material in grey. It is so soft and snuggly and provides maximum comfort. The inner cushion has plush on one side and charcoal fabric on the other so can be flipped if your dog prefers a slightly cooler feel. 

The bed is filled by hand in my studio with soft blown fibre in the wrap around bolster and shredded memory foam in the cushion for added support (solid foam/memory foam cushion option now also available!) The base is black non-slip so the bed will not move around when your dog steps in. 

Combining shredded memory foam and plump fibre fill produces a filling that is resistant to clumping, easy to maintain with minimal effort and provides some much needed bounce helping to maintain cushion shape but with that little extra comfort afforded by memory foam. Simply plump the bolster and inner cushion every now and then to maintain shape. 

Care

Please unzip the outer cover to remove the bolster and place the cover in a washing machine at 30 degrees as recommended by the fabric manufacturer. Hang out to dry or place on a radiator - I would not recommend tumble drying the cover for this bed. The inner cushion cover can also be removed and washed in the washing machine.
